Mindful Movement

Sharing Kindness offers mindful movement and journaling sessions that are beneficial for healing.
Mindful movement and breath work can help us process and release emotions; journaling can relieve stress by providing an outlet for expressing our thoughts and feelings. Each of these sessions, led by Sharing Kindness and Sue Andersen Yoga, ends with a restorative pose that allows for relaxation and integration of the experience.
