NEW: Family Grief Groups
New peer grief support program serving families with teens and tweens
Registration is open for our upcoming grief groups for families with tweens (ages 10-13) and teens (ages 14-17) that will meet twice a month in Harwich, MA.
NEW: Suicide Loss Survivor Grief Groups
Sharing Kindness is offering two new peer grief support groups for suicide loss survivors.
The new free programs meet monthly in Yarmouth, and include two separate programs for specific relationships: a Suicide Loss Survivor Grief Group for Parents, and another for Spouses, Partners & Significant Others.
3/28: Virtual Forum on Preventing Youth Suicide
Join the League of Women Voters and YMCA Cape Cod Achievers for a virtual public forum on local youth mental health and suicide prevention. Sharing Kindness will be among the panelists, also including local high school students, Senator Julian Cyr and others.
NEW: Young Adult Grief Group
New peer grief support program for young adults 18+.
Sharing Kindness is leading a new group specifically for young adults who are grieving a death loss. The program meets once a month in Mashpee, MA.
NEW: Perinatal Loss Grief Support Groups
Sharing Kindness and the VNA’s Maternal Child Health Program are introducing two peer grief support groups for parents who have experienced perinatal loss.
The new free programs include two groups for specific types of loss: Pregnancy & Stillbirth Loss and Early Infant Loss (Birth-12 Months). Both meet monthly in Yarmouth, MA.
