Teal watercolor background with Sharing Kindness logo and text that reads, "Young Adult Grief Group: A place where young adults (18+) on the Cape can connect and share their grief experiences. Made possible by funding from the Parent Information Network (PIN), and with support from One Shared Spirit."

Losing someone close to you is always tough – and as a young adult, you might feel that no one in your circle gets it. But you’re surrounded by a community of people navigating their own grief journeys, one step at a time.

Sharing Kindness is offering a clinician-led peer grief support group specifically for young adults (18-29) on the Cape & Islands. It’s a safe, judgment-free space where you can meet peers who relate to what you’re going through, share your feelings and connect through the experience of loss.

If you are interested in joining our Young Adult Grief Group, please submit the registration form and attached demographic survey below.

Prior to attendance, all group participants must complete a brief intake with a Sharing Kindness clinician. We will contact you to schedule this upon receiving your registration form.
