Sharing Kindness is offering free virtual grief support for children ages 5-12 and their parents or caregivers. This group is designed specifically for families that have experienced a death loss due to opioid use disorder (OUD).
This clinician-led group features arts-based activities for all ages geared toward navigating grief, honoring memories, and making meaning after a death loss. Materials for activities will be mailed to participants prior to each group.
WHEN: 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6-7:30 PM
WHERE: Via Zoom from wherever you are!
HOW IT WORKS: Families are welcome to join any or all of these virtual events throughout the year (there is no expectation to attend from month to month). However, registration is required at least a week prior to each group for the purpose of receiving materials. To register, please select the appropriate link below. After registering, new participants will be contacted within a week to complete a brief intake with a Sharing Kindness clinician.
