Office Manager – Part-time

We are seeking an office manager to assist with daily operations of our Cape Cod-based nonprofit. This is a 15-20-hour-per-week position (3-4 days per week) at our Harwich location, offering competitive compensation and an opportunity to join an inspiring and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transition from Microsoft 365 to Google systems
  • Manage administrative tasks for programs, fundraising and events
  • Maintain database for peer grief support groups, with oversight from Program Director and School-based Clinical Director
  • Set up rooms for peer grief support groups and complementary healing events
  • Manage consitituent database, including donor and volunteer information, on CharityProud, our donor management system
  • Assist with organizing materials for school-based grief groups and mailing materials for virtual groups
  • Administrative tasks such as answering office phone, retrieving deliveries from the post office, and assisting with communication/outreach as needed

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Ability to manage feelings around trauma, grief, and loss 
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite 
  • Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 
  • Patience, sound judgment, and the ability to interact with sensitive, confidential participants data 
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to support staff and participants while maintaining a positive and productive work environment 
  • Ability to be flexible, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
