Movement & Meditation

Sharing Kindness offers Movement & Meditation sessions that are beneficial for healing.
Mindful movement and breathing exercises can help us process and release emotions. Each of these sessions ends with a restorative pose that allows for relaxation and integration of the experience.
Movement & Meditation sessions meet on the third Thursday of the month at 6 PM at Sharing Kindness, 940 Main St., South Harwich, MA.
